Experience with IBM on both zOS platform and IBM DB2 LUW (LINUX/UNIX/WINDOWS) on AIX and Solaris platforms is mandatory. We are looking for a Senior DBA to administer and maintain non-production and production environments using the following technologies: IBM DB2 on zOS platform and IBM DB2 LUW (LINUX/UNIX/WINDOWS) on AIX and Solaris platforms. Experience with IBM InfoSphere Information Server products is a significant plus. Responsibilities: - Standards and design of physical data storage, maintenance, access, and security administration. - Backup and recovery, configuration of database parameters, prototyping designs against logical data models, definition of data repository, data dictionaries and warehousing requirements, optimization of database access and allocation of database resources for optimum configuration of database performance and cost.
