Job Title: .NET *Mobile Application* Developer Location: Boston, MA Duration: 6 Months
Objective: Fidelity Technology requires a Mobile Application Developer to lead the development efforts and provide technical guidance in a role focusing on a Content Management Platform delivered via a next generation solution to tablet users. This individual will assume responsibility for directing, leading and advising on application architecture decisions, solution delivery options and performance optimization. A successful applicant must be capable of determining root cause of issues and driving their resolution with quick time to market in a fast paced, demanding environment. Responsibilities: Develop high quality software solutions that comply with technical architecture standards and best practices. Produce high quality technical design documents, including determining appropriate deliverables to be produced during application design effort. Identify key application design issues (e.g. maintainability and performance) and recommend possible solutions. Assist project managers in monitoring project status, possibly directing the deliverables of other project team members. Analyze and recommend improvements to the development process. Review and/or participate in the development of test plans, test cases, and test data. Participate in product release activities and contribute to troubleshooting production issues as needed Experience and Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer science (or similar) is required Strong written and verbal communications skills in the English language Strong Objective C or Xcode experience is required At least 7 years of experience in software development is required Must display a demonstrated expertise with JavaScript, JQuery, HTML/HTML5, restful web services, XML/XSLT, web and mobile web development frameworks SharePoint development experience is required Strong .NET experience is required Experience with Windows and OSX Special Requirement to help – They currently have a SharePoint site that they are wanting to be able to show and have access to on a Tablet. They haven’t decided if they were wanting to build a Native App or just rewrite the existing site it with Responsive HTML5/CSS3. If has some experience with SharePoint, that’s great, but the .Net, Html5 and CSS3 would be an obvious must have.
