*Position = Sr Business Analyst Location = Boston, MA ( Local Only )Duration = 6-12 monthsMax rate = $ 35 - 40/hour* *Will require in person interview* *( F2F )* *Qualifications* 7 years of experience developing Business Requirements Documents and Functional specifications. 3 years of experience overseeing project plans and producing project status reports Proven track record working on medium to large-scale projects with a diverse group of stakeholders and of leading cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal and writing skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and be attentive to detail. Experience creating project documentation such as project plans, requirements documents, user and technical documentation. Experience facilitating requirements analysis sessions with diverse stakeholder groups. Experience documenting use cases and business process diagrams and models. Experience writing test cases and conducting testing. Preferred, experience working with Requirement Management Tools, particularly Rational Jazz.
