Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment while working closely with users and lead cross-functional teams. 12. Must be self-motivated. 13. Must possess excellent problem solving capabilities. 14. Must be able to handle and achieve completion on multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. 15. Must have excellent oral and written communications skills. 16. Work experience in an Agile development environment is a plus. 5-10 years experience required. 17.
