Title: Software Engineer - State of WA 24+ Months Olympia, WA 98504 Interested, Please send me your resume, availability and expected hourly pay rate Description : *Generalists – Developers and Testers Mandatory Experience and Qualifications: *Three (3) years of strong experience in analyzing, developing, testing, deploying n-tier applications including object-oriented programming using .NET. *Three (3) years of strong experience in analyzing, designing, developing SQL Server 2005/2010 databases including creating/developing database objects like Tables, Views, Indexes and stored procedures. *Three (3) years of strong experience in Visual Studio 2008/2010 development tools. *Three (3) years of strong experience in deploying the applications to Windows 2003/2008 server. *Three (3) years of strong experience in Windows 2000/Vista clients. *Three (3) years of strong experience in ASP.NET. *Two (2) years of experience in designing and/or developing WCF Services. *Two (2) years of Agile team development. *Analyst- Mandatory Experience and Qualifications: *Three (3) years working with software managers and developers such that the IT Analyst has a thorough understanding of the software design and development process and the issues faced by software developers. *Three (3) years’ experience in formally documenting business processes and functional requirements/specifications that are complete enough for software developers to code from. This is to include at least 6 months experience formally documenting Use Cases and Work flows. *Three (3) or more years’ experience working with IS staff in documenting data elements associated with business processes. *Three (3) or more years’ experience developing formal software testing plans, with the ability to evaluate test scripts and recommend improvements. Working understanding preparing or "conditioning" data required for repeatable test execution. *Generalists – Developers, Testers and Analyst Highly Desired Experience and Qualifications: *Six (6) months of experience with the Washington State DOL applications, application development standards, databases, and common components. *Three (3) years of experience of performing maintenance and operations services for applications working primarily from technical specifications documentation.
