* We are seeking a talented, senior-level Web Application Architect/Analyst
with web application development experience for an intranet web application.

*The candidate will focus on designing, developing and implementing the web
application functionality for the business line assurance application.*

*This person will work closely with subject matter experts to deliver the
remaining modules the user interface, service layer, data access layer of
the business line assurance application.*

** Understands business challenges & translates them into process/technical

** Determines requirements and functional specifications required of the
data model and associated architecture*
** Strong business analysis, software development and design, and a solid
understanding of web application architecture.*
** Proven ability to be able to design, develop, and maintain all tiers of

*Technical Knowledge:*
9 * * At least 6-8 years of IT experience*
9 ** Experience with the TIBCO General Interface AJAX framework is a
must*
9 ** Experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, XQuery is a must*
9 ** Experience with J2EE web application servers*
9 *JDBC, Java Server pages, Java Script, Oracle, PL/SQL, Web
Programmer,*
9 *Web Designer*
*People Management:*
Provide technical support and coaching to team members
Strong command of English Language
