Location Camp Hill, PA Duration 12 months ROLE: Oracle DBA with 8+ years experience RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for maintenance, enhancement, designing of data dictionaries, physical and logical database models, and performance tuning. Database Administrators have a range of skIlls and knowledge of the utilities and production tools used for data storage management to support the project. REQUIRED SKILLS: . Oracle 10g DBA having experience in supporting custom application development and minimum 8 yrs of Oracle DBA experience. . Good experience in database design and data modeling, . Strong in database performance tuning, including SQL tuning. Should be able to understand and interpret Explain Plan, Sql Trace, AWR and ADDM reports. . Expert level knowledge of PL/SQL coding skills. Should be capable of diagnosing problem with pl/sql code and suggest resolution. . Well versed with regular database administration activities needed to support the application development team. . Excellent knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control . . Good understanding of Oracle 10g on RAC. PREFERRED SKILLS: . Experience in environment with .Net applications and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services. .
