*Must Have Skills: 10 Years of designing and developing ASP.Net applications in large enterprise installations using C#, VB and AJAX, in architect capacity, including working with .Net Framework 3.5 and Web Services, mastery of different architectural styles specifically on object oriented and SOA architecture styles, and including 3 years of experience in re-factoring process. 10 years of MS IIS configuration and administration including IIS 7. 10 years of SQL Server database design and programming experience, including the use of SSIS and data generation plans. 3 Years of SQL Reporting Services Experience. 3 Years of Team Foundation Server(TFS) configurations and administrationexperience in a multi-tier platform, including TFS 2008. 5 Years of MQ Experience (preferred but not required). 3 Years of experience in User Interface (UI) component design (Master Pages, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Themes, Skins, XML) Preferred but not required. MCPD and MCA Certified Preferred. Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Preferred.
