Full Name : Work Authorization : Availability : Hourly Pay Rate : Current Location : Contact Number : Location – Sunnyvale, CA Duration – 6+ mos *Responsibilities* · As an integral member of the Global Software and Architecture Engineering team, the Offshore Delivery Lead acts as the critical Technical liaison to bridge all communication between the Silicon Valley location and offshore development center; thus enabling offshore development center with accurate context and other essential technical details. · Work as the technical liaison of multiple product engineering work streams at the same time. · Interact with Product Architects, Technical Architects and Technical Leads, to gather and understand architecture decisions, as well as technical requirements. Participate in architecture and technical discussions. Communicate and articulate these technical pointers to the offshore engineering teams. · Work closely with onshore Delivery Managers and offshore Technical Development Managers to make sure technical development is on track and aligned with onshore team. · Ensure technical decisions and requirements moved through the software engineering organization effectively, for them to meet committed timelines and deliverables · This position is based in Silicon Valley, California. *Qualifications & Experience* · Proven experience in coordination between onshore and offshore software engineering teams · Ability to effectively communicate across globally distributed cross-functional teams and roles · Capable of presenting and white-boarding technical information · Presentation skill using Microsoft PowerPoint a must. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Strong experience in Software Development Lifecycle. · Process oriented · Experience in Agile development/Scrum methodology · Solid technical understanding of Enterprise Portals and Cloud technologies · Knowledge of node.js, JavaScript and web technologies · Understanding of Architectural and Design patterns (including anti-patterns) · Past experience on Integration technologies and messaging platform · Appreciation to interconnected enterprise system architecture and contract specifications (JSON, XML etc.) · Ability to do Data modelling and Object modelling as needed · Inclination to get to the detail, define stub code & interface definitions · Experience on Mobile technologies will be a plus · Self-motivated team player · Flexibility to overlap work hours with offshore engineering teams · Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar field Srinivas, Xoriant Corp. *609-619-5453* <609-619-5298> srinivasa.nemalap...@xoriant.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-Projects" group.
