Duartion: 1year Location: Chicago Rate: 47$/hr Please read the rekk and send me qualified resume with all the skill set *Skills Required*: MUST have a SOLID understanding of ANSI X12 4010 version of Eligibility and Benefit, Claim Status transactions (270/271, 276/277, 835) Automated Tools - TestDirector, QuickTestPro, Winrunner, ClearQuest, ClearCase, RequisitePro, TestManager, Health Insurance Background *Nice to Have Skill:* Understanding of ANSI X12 5010 version *Responsibilities/Accountabilities:* - Work as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems. - Analyze business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. - Define and document business, user, and functional requirements using appropriate documentation techniques to describe statements of the goals, objectives, or needs of a particular stakeholder or group of stakeholders (on projects of low and medium complexity). - Document and revise current state business model for NACSS, in order to assess and define the impact to core business services, functions or features. - Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manage changes to such specifications - Obtain consensus by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation. - Provide input to estimates for project management and change management activities through analysis of requirements effort, resources, and technology. - Provide input for formulating and defining system solutions and objectives based on user needs and a thorough understanding of business processes. - Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested.
