*Pace Computer Solutions* is looking for a *Business **Development *
*Manager **– IT Staffing Solutions* with proven sales success in the *IT
staffing industry*.  This is a full time direct hire position for our
Columbia, MD Office.

*Job Responsibilities:*

§  Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions

§  Create, lead and manage growth in direct vertical sales and key channel
opportunities to drive revenue.

§  *Identify and generate new clients for IT staffing and project
outsourcing.*

§  Establish contacts with IT hiring managers / executives and build
long-term relationships.

§  Negotiate client contracts.

§  Work with internal and external resources to develop and sell new
staffing opportunities

§  Create compelling proposals for the sale of IT Staffing Solutions

§  Traveling to meet face to face with clients/prospects

§  Creating unique product combinations and solutions to meet each clients’
individual needs.

§  Develop loyal and long-lasting client relationships through personal
attention and follow-up.

§  Understand current staffing trends.

§  Generating revenue, and exceed attainable monthly goals

*Requirements:*

·         Ability to create and cultivate solid business relationships with
CIO - level business and IT executives in Fortune 1000 and Fortune 500
companies as well as mid-market size businesses.

·         Experience in understanding customer’s IT staffing needs and
positioning our national IT services organization.

·         The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for
developing IT business contacts to place consultants, and understanding and
selling other PACE services

·         Well-developed negotiation, project, and account management skills

·         *Must have worked in developing direct Clients relationship.*

·         Responsibilities include: Client development; Job requisition
management; Consultant relationship building

·         Develop client *business* through a combination of methods that
may include all or in part: research, lead generation, prospecting,
networking and in-person appointments

·         *Continually track client activity to identify job orders and
qualify new leads in existing and new accounts. *

·         Obtain details for recruiting success and setting up interviews
with clients

·         Prepare research on your target accounts and conduct meetings
with client accounts

·         *Presenting candidates to hiring managers, scheduling interviews
and closing the deals.*

·         Well versed with Corp-to-Corp, Contract-to-Hire, and Full time
positions.

·         Proven business development and/or technical background to
develop and grow his/her own client base by marketing our services for
contract and contract-to-hire staffing solutions.

·         *Minimum of 5 years proven success of selling IT staffing
solutions in the territory*

·         Bachelor’s degree preferred

·         Ability to solve practical problems

·         Excellent oral and written communications skills, ability to
conduct group presentations, reasoning ability and/or mathematical skills
