*Interview mode: Phone than SkypeJob Description:*• Support installation and configuration of F5 BIG-IP Local Traffic Manager (LTM) and Global Traffic Manager (GTM) • Support F5 LTM and GTM changes in all pre-production environments and production environments • Support for network, F5, Firewall, and DNS updates • Troubleshoot issues and make recommendations for system changes, as needed, to resolve issues • Create documentation related to projects, deliverables, and timelines • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication, problem solving, client service, and interpersonal skills *Mandatory Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Engineering or Social Science. (Preferred)• Ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience* • Hands-on experience with load balancers, routers, switches, and SSL accelerators in a high-availability environment • Experience installing, configuring, migrating, and supporting BIG-IP F5 LTM and/or GTM load balancers • Possesses knowledge of infrastructure designs, installs and topologies to support internet and other data transport channels across the LAN/WAN environment • Has experience supporting large enterprise pre-production and production environments • Has knowledge of the full SDLC, including business analysis, system analysis, requirements gathering, functional specification authoring, development, testing, and service delivery • Possesses strong troubleshooting skills as well as a strong TCP understanding as it relates to packet inspection and TCP flow in the network and application flows *Additional Qualifications:* • Demonstrates operational experience and knowledge of firewall rules and principles • Demonstrates experience and knowledge of basic networking principles of DNS, IP and Subnetting, OSI 7 layers, and TCP • Has experience and knowledge of network security including an understanding of cyber attacks • Understanding of and experience with SSL proxy and SSL offload • Understanding of and experience with certifications/PKI infrastructure and offloading certifications • Knowledge of ports, protocols, and services • Basic scripting experience preferred • Familiarity with F5 Big-IQ Manager preferred • Familiarity with MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions preferred.
