*Duration: Long-term* *Max Rate: 42/hour on C2C (Not negotiable)* *Must Have: * 1. Clear understanding of testing methodologies 2. Able to coordinate with all levels and resources within the SDLC 3. Experience in Migration Projects 4. Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Oral) *Role*: *The Test Lead* is responsible for gaining an in-depth understanding of the projects in EDD and managing project timeline and test phase execution in order to achieve the results identified in the overall test plan. This person will be responsible for the following activities: ? Developing an in-depth knowledge of assigned capabilities, business, functional and technical requirements ? Overseeing the authoring of test cases plans etc. ? Test Lead with experience in writing Test Plans and Test Strategies ? Skilled in leading testing ? Experience in Test Design and Test Execution ? Coordination of all phases of testing execution ? Management of defects/issues in the defect tracking tool ? Coordination of defect retests and closure ? Developing expertise in the E2E business process flow to properly identify gaps in expected results ? Providing base data for the daily test metrics/status report ? Working with the test analysts and assist with day to day management activity ? The candidate must be have following soft skills ?
