*Must have experience with COBOL, PL/SQL, PowerBuilder, HTML, XML, XSLT and Healthcare or Insurance Industry* General Position Description: Responsible for the detail design documentation, development, unit testing and maintenance of Java J2EE applications that support the Diamond Claims application. The Job duties include the creation of design models using design patterns and storing those design models in the Rational tool set. Java Code development based on the design models for a service oriented architecture to process claims using an oracle based Diamond rules engine. Prepare and execute Developer Test plans(Unit tests) to ensure the quality of the application prior to system test. Provide support to troubleshoot defects that are found in system test.
