MUST Archiving SOW Plant Maintenance – Description: Participate in a PM/Data Archiving project - requires both PM configuration experience and data archiving experience Skills - SAP Plant Maintenance Functional Consultant with Data Archiving Primary Skills: * 3-5 years of SAP Configuration experience and strong knowledge of Plant Maintenance (PM) required * Knowledge of Materials Management (MM) and Financial/Controlling (FI/CO) a plus * Must be able to analyze client organization requirements for SAP data archiving, form a process oriented solution, implement the solution and trouble shoot problems with it. * Understands implications of removing data from production environment, e.g. business may have to retain certain documents for regulatory compliance reporting. * Evaluate cross-project, cross-module implications and interrelationships of new configuration across SAP modules. * Ability to take initiative - work with minimal daily direction , ability to dig in and understand detail business processes, system requirements, and technology requirements to develop working business solutions, ability to prioritize competing demands for their time and abilities. * Candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with IT customers, IT development, support staff, and project teams. * Candidate should exhibit solid organizational and planning skills Required General Skills *Min of 5 years with PM configuration, functional and technical expertise, assists with testing and validation of results, and review production archive results. * Has project experience defining security requirements. * Has project experience developing customer procedures & assist with training materials. * Has at least 2 projects working with an SAP data archiving technical analyst to develop an implementation plan and provide support after implementation. * Has at least 2 projects gathering business requirements from corporate and remote customers, develop functional specifications, and ensure ABAP technical specifications meet functional requirements. * Min. 3 years Troubleshooting calls received via Level 2 help desk, work with level 2 or callers to identify and resolve issues, identify workarounds or initiate work requests. * A plus - Support the SAP Upgrade (ERP 6.0) by testing, status reporting and documenting results in approved tool (HP Quality Center).
