*Long Term* We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert to address a Legacy system’s data deficiencies by setting up a backlog of the issues to be implemented in the next phase of the project. The issues include missing data element collection, convoluted schema and data structure necessary to support agency efforts. Since the deployment of the legacy system, the large number of interfaces, design strategies employed in support of various enhancements over the years, and the heterogeneous technologies across various platforms involved, have combined to create a highly complex environment that is costly to maintain and difficult to adapt to business process changes.
