This position is for a contractor to design and implement one or more feature in conjunction with a small team of full-time engineers. This contract will be for 5-6 months to assist in designing, implementing, and testing these reusable frameworks. You will follow the their development process. Requirements and a high-level design will be in place. You will be responsible for detailed design, implementation and fully unit testing your work. You will work independently but will collaborate with the project other senior-level engineers to ensure that the functionality is fully implemented and tested. You will work with QA providing guidance on risk areas and reviewing test cases. *Required Qualifications:* • strong product development experience on a small team with j2ee and Spring (expert level) where the person can customize Spring and not just do the "plug and play" Spring framework coding that everyone else can do. • If they have been on a small product development team, with j2ee and Oracle PLSQL they will be able to swtich and code in PLSQL and j2ee. • Needs deep, product troubleshooting and responsibility on product development5+ years of software engineering experience with significant J2EE and Spring Framework development experience. • 3+ years of professional experience developing in PL/SQL • Understanding of Test Driven Development (TDD) and significant experience writing JUnit tests. • Experience with Oracle 10g or 11g database for development and testing. • Working knowledge of Weblogic 9 or 10 for development and testing. • Experience developing and testing software in a Linux environment • Ability to work independently as well as in a small team • Developing commercial software products is highly desirable • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering. *Please fill bellow details and send me back with updated resume ASAP** * Consultant full Name: Contact no.
