Informatica ETL- DB2 Application Developer

Location: Peapack - NJ

Duration: 11-12 Months

Job Description:

-> This position is for a Informatica ETL- DB2 Application Developer.

-> The candidate should possess good interpersonal skills with a
demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers, end-users and
technical personnel, from initial business specifications to completion.

-> The candidate should be able work autonomously, handle multiple
assignments concurrently and also take the lead with some assignments.

-> Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a
demonstrated ability to participate in teams at all levels required.

-> Knowledge of the following technologies is essential: Informatica, ETL,
DB2, Oracle 10g,

-> Must have at least 5 years experience in supporting applications in a web
application server environment using technologies for data migration
activities.

-> Must be familiar with Informatica, Internet Explorer, ETL, DB2 and other
PC based programming languages and databases.

-> It would be desirable if the candidate has prior experience manipulating
data with Learning Management Systems with special emphasis on application
database support using Active Learner, IsoTrain, Plateau and/or SumTotal.

-> Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry will
be a plus.

-> Must be willing to travel.

-> Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing with
internal technical staff, IT Management team, and outside vendors.

-> Must be very proficient in balancing project workload, customer
relationships and ongoing support.

-> On call 24x7 support rotations with team for production issues
