Need Production Support Lead || Multiple Locations (CO/AZ) || 6+ Months *Job Title: Production Support Lead* *Location: Multiple Locations (Denver, CO / Phoenix, AZ)* *Duration: 6+ Months * *Job description:* *Responsibilities:* · Work in a team atmosphere to categorize, prioritize and assist other Administrators – this includes multiple teams with multiple levels · Assist with building new application components and planning production cutover and release activities · Coordinate with data center operations, system & network administrators, test and development groups to provide highly available IT applications for both internal users and DIRECTV customers. · Participate in on-call rotations in a 24/7 atmosphere · Handle production and test issue escalations · Maintain proactive monitoring to ensure 99.999% availability on mission critical IT applications for both internal and external DIRECTV customers · Participate in Project Team meeting sessions and provide task level detail feedback to the Project Manager or Project Lead · Drive project timelines and ensure that team meets project deadlines · Assist with Production and Test release support · Ensure resource availability for off-hours support as needed · Work in an on-call rotation to support a 24x7 environment *Must Have Skills:* · 1-2 years of relevant application support experience · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Experience with scripting languages such as Powershell, SQL, Perl, Batch · Outstanding interpersonal, analytical, written and verbal communication skills · 3+ years in Windows and Linux administration · Previous exposure with any or all of the following technologies is preferred: · .NET, Microsoft IIS, Apache Web Server, Tomcat, jBoss, Windows Server, Linux and/or various types of Unix *Thanks and Regards:* *Suraj Jain* Direct: *732-686-7912* Email : [email protected] <[email protected]> *Iconsoft Consulting Group, Inc * [image: linkedinbutton] <https://www.linkedin.com/profile/view?id=286663122&trk=nav_responsive_tab_profile> -- Suraj Jain Iconsoft Consulting Group Inc.
