They need to be also knowledgeable around trends in the market place related to MS .Net technologies and SOA architectures and need to have a point of view on the trends. Here is what we would like to add to the requirements that are posted – •Ability to effectively articulate and explain technical architecture and solutions •Should have led design sessions with the client, have solid communication skills •Knowledgeable around latest trends in .Net and SOA architectures ROLE:Senior Software Developer We require an experienced Senior Software Developer with hands-on experience in custom development using MS .Net Technologies. The resource will expected to perform hands-on software development as well as lead a small team of developers. The resource will have -At least 7 years of work experience with Microsoft .Net Framework including ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> and C# -At least 2 year of .Net experience using .Net Framework 3.5 or above -Prior experience of object oriented development. -Must have additional experience in building web services and component objects in .Net. -Experience with web services and XML -Excellent communication and analytical skills REQUIRED SKILLS: -Experience as the Senior Software Developer on at least two (2) projects with at least 500 end users -Experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Software Developer on a large distributed system project having a software development team numbering at least 10 staff for at least two (2) projects. -Developed software for a web based system supporting 50,000+ Internet registered end-users for at least two (2) projects. -Experience with iterative development methodologies for at least two (2) years. -Used Unified Modeling Language (UML) and/or use cases as the basis for defining functional requirements for at least two (2) years. -Education: Baccalaureate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university. -Developed a system software solution using Microsoft .Net as the target implementation environment for at least two (2) projects. -Developed Microsoft (MS) .NET based applications that integrated with a mainframe-based system for at least two (2) projects. -Experience and knowledge of Document Image systems and Document Image system implementation for at least one (1) project. -Developed at least one (1) system that conformed to HIPAA security guidelines, in which the customer was considered a HIPAA Covered Entity or a partner of a HIPAA Covered Entity. -At least two (2) years expertise developing SOA-based applications.
