BSA with Data Warehouse experience 

Loc:  Richmond, VA or Plano, TX 
Duration:  6+ months 
Inclusive Rate:  $35 hr. C2C 

Must have Agile Knowledge/Agile Team experience and Data Warehouse
experience 

Responsibilities: 
Defines solutions (requirements, designs, services, recommendations) to
business/systems problems and owns the integrity of the solution through
customer acceptance and final disposition of solution.  Responsible for the
development, maintenance, management, and delivery of technical information
or documentation to the appropriate audiences in the appropriate Capital One
standard formats via print and online mediums.  Includes interface with
management, users, and information technology professionals to create
high-level conceptual solutions to business problems.  Usually possesses
significant knowledge in one or more business functional areas.  BSA's
involved in Agile projects will be expected to have responsibilities
throughout the project lifecycle (possibly multiple projects). 

*       Requirements definition and traceability 3+ years 
*       Financial Services experience 1+ years Experience 
*       BSA experience (Data and Systems analysis) 
*       Served as BSA on multiple project lifecycles; Demonstrated
experience in industry (2 - 5years) 
*       QA and testing phase experience, nice to have 
*       3+ years of project experience in the quality assurance and testing
phases of projects 
*       Deep knowledge of specific technologies and new and current
architectures 
*       Skills in object, data, and / or process modeling, business process
design (2-4 yrs) 
*       Lean/Agile development experience (1+ yrs) 
*       Strong; Demonstrated experience supporting requirements, data and
systems analysis 
*       Detailed requirements experience with COTS implementations 
*       Good negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills;
experience with public speaking 
*       Provides clear concise communication with project team and mid-level
management         

POSITION 2:

CONFIGURATION ANALYST - APPLICATIONS SPECIALIST 

Loc:  Plano, TX 
Duration: 10+ months 
Inclusive Rate:  $30.00 hr. C2C 


The Configuration Analyst (Application Specialist) is responsible for the
definition, documentation and implementation of application configurations
for Client's Treasury Management application. Primary duties include
translating formal and informal business requirements to well-designed,
well-documented system configurations and implementing the resulting
configuration in the vendor-provided tool. The ideal candidate will
demonstrate a high degree of flexibility, be able to deal with ambiguity and
frequently changing requirements and have the persistence to drive to a
solution. 

Responsibilities 

. Perform data and business analysis necessary to meet configuration goals 
. Definition and documentation of configuration and business processes
within the software system, as appropriate 
. Perform application configuration via vendor-provided tool 
. Develop a process to maintain a library of configurations, each of which
is fully self-contained and that can be deployed quickly 
. Data model analysis and documentation 
. Manage deployment and propagation of configuration changes through
development environments 
. Ensure proper communication of scenarios to QA such that appropriate test
scripts and test cases are developed for fully testing new and enhanced
software configuration 
. Validate application releases and upgrades for business readiness 

Basic Qualifications: 

. 3 yrs experience in Financial Services or Banking industry 
. 3 yrs business/systems analyst experience 
. SQL and query building experience 
. High school diploma or GED equivalent. 
. Good negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills; experience
with public speaking 
. Provides clear concise communication with project team and mid-level
management 

Preferred Qualifications: 

. Oracle SQL & PL/SQL 
. Scripting - Unix shell or Windows batch 
. SCM tool, preferably ClearCase 
. Some programming knowledge, preferably Java 
. Knowledge of Treasury/Cash Management, Small Business and Commercial
Banking 
. Prior experience with Treasury Management software such as CashPlus 
. Advanced troubleshooting and problem solving skills 
. Solid SQL knowledge and query building skills 
. Excel - advanced knowledge 
. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
