*Position: HP Performance Center Administrator / Application Tech Support*
*Location:Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Richardson, TX; HoffmanEstates,IL;Chicago, IL; San Ramon, CA; Saint Louis, MO* *Duration:12 Months Contract* *ONLY GC AND US CITIZENS ARE REQUIRED* *Primary Skill:* HP Quality Center Administration *Secondary Skill (nice to have, not required):* DBA *Job Tasks / Responsibilities: * • Responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions, and defining solutions to problems through reasoned application of information technology. • Develop, document and analyze overall architecture of systems, including hardware and software. • Determine integrated hardware and software architecture solutions that meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs. • Research and recommend technology to improve the current systems. • Resource will primarily work to maintain and enhance HP Performance Center for performance testing AT&T applications. • Maintain daily UADM FTP feeds for MyLogins Authorization • Function as the MOTS application contact for all server lease roll • Serve as the alternate ARC for disaster recovery • Maintain ALM PC home page and other web sites • Function as the SME for interfacing ALM PC with ALM QC (creating tickets in ALM QC from ALM PC • Perform installation of ALM PC on servers (ALM Platform, PC Server, SiteScope) • Manage ALM PC SiteScope server licenses from ALM PC Controllers used for monitoring during test executions. • Function as the ADBA for Performance Center. • Function back up for the Quality Center ADBA. *Skills / Experience Requirements: * • Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. • Requires 100% US day shift for the first 3 months for ramp up then shift would be reevaluated based on business need. • Requires being available to participate in 24/7 oncall support in a rotation. • 5+ years of ORACLE database tuning and management. • Experience with server administration (Windows server). • Functional knowledge of Load Runner and Performance Center • Scripting experience (VB Script) • Knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies, architectures and technical standards. • Knowledge of layered systems architectures and layered solutions and designs; understanding of shared software concepts. • Knowledge of relational database concepts and structures, preferably Oracle and SQL • Knowledge of a multi-tier Client/Server system architecture required.
