They are seeking a WBI expert developer who can work on this short project
to dig into the code and logic to assist the TIBCO / SBI experts using

Very strong knowledge of WBI, Java Knowledge, SQL, and application
integration middleware.
Developing and managing the development of functional/technical
requirements.
