*Location: Denver, CO* *Duration: 6 - 12 Months* Immediate need for a *WPF.Net* <http://wpf.net/>* Developer*. Must have experience with *WCF, WPF, LINQ, JavaScript, Oracle, PL/SQL, C#.Net* and Microsoft.Net <http://microsoft.net/> technologies They need to come from like *Capital markets* and *not commercial bank*. *ROLE PURPOSE:* Designs, develops and maintains software on Microsoft’s .NET/C#/ platform, with a primary focus on WCF/WPF platforms building new applications, functionality and supporting critical business needs. Provides technical knowledge to support and enhance existing and new applications for the Trading Technology team. The role will work closely with our Investments business partners on efforts of various scope and scale. Candidate must have excellent analytical skills. Must be able to deliver and work effectively in a team-based manner to ensure the software delivered meets the business needs and timelines. Candidate must be able to assist in design and development and should be comfortable with direct communication with technical, management and business resources. Ideal candidate has had experience building applications in WPF/WCF for mobile devices and use. *ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:* • Research, design, develop, test, debug, document and support custom WPF/WCF .NET applications in support of investment business needs. • Deliver to aggressive product release schedules working as a cooperative team member in an agile development environment. • Produce technical specifications and release notes for required features and architectural/framework improvements. • Client focused, committed to excellence, strong attention to detail and a team player. • Participate in code design and code reviews with appropriate team members. • Perform design, systems analysis and development activities which may require research. • Designs and implements new software as well as maintains and enhances existing software and applications. • Provides production support for custom applications as needed. • Ability to translate business requirements into tasks and provide estimates for those tasks. • Ensures that code adheres to Microsoft and strict standards for accessibility, security, object-oriented practices and performance. • Writes, conducts and maintains unit and integration tests. • Effectively functions and communicates within a software development team consisting of developers, quality assurance testers and technical business analysts. • Actively participates in requirements and design meetings. *QUALIFICATIONS * • Strong knowledge and experience with unit testing frameworks, MSTest and NUnit • Exposure to WCF, WPF, LINQ, MVC 3, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS preferred • Experience in XML related technologies • Experience with Oracle PL\SQL and relational database concepts • Excellent written and verbal communications skills • Proactive and analytical with strong problem solving skills • Strong knowledge in Object Oriented Analysis, Design and Programming *MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:* • 7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer/developer in C#.NET and Microsoft .NET technologies *Please include the below details with your updated resume if you interested with this position…* Full Name: Contact: Email: Current location: Open to relocate or Location preferences: Work Authorization: Currently in project: Availability to start : Last 4 digits SSN: Total Years of IT Experience: Experience working in US: Education (Passing year of Bachelors/Masters): Skype id: Rate/ Salary: Thanks & Regards, Rahul Agarwal Technology Resource Group Inc.
