A thorough understanding of the Software Development Life cycle (SDLC) including various concepts such as Requirement Gathering, Experience in the development of Client-Server and Web-Based Application. Possess a detailed-oriented nature with excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills, and recognized for being a valued team player. - Domain knowledge of insurance industries, with very challenging and demanding work environment. - Strong experienced in all insurances such as Property and Casualty Insurance including Auto, Home, and Marine. - Strong business analysis skills and an understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) utilizing Rational Unified Process (RUP), Agile: XP, Scrum. - Experienced in conducting requirement analysis, use case design, designing test plans and developed database schemas based on the logical models. - Expert in requirement gathering and documenting the requirements in business requirement documents. - Extensively worked with Rational Rose, Use Cases and Test Scripts and delivered Functional Specifications and Software Requirement Specification (SRS). - Good ability to gather business and technical requirements from both formal and informal sessions utilizing a variety of software tools including, Use Cases and the rational tools. - Expertise with UML tools, applied for developing Use Case Diagrams, Activity and Sequence diagrams. - Excellent skills in writing Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, Systems Design Specification, Workflows and diagramming skills for drawing UML diagrams such as State diagrams and Class diagrams. - Highly recognized for excellent communication, people skills, project management capability, and the ability to successfully influence and drive harmony across cross-functional teams. - Proficient in developing efficient business relationships with various client teams in order to process and support requirements, develop tactical and strategic plans to implement technology solutions, and effectively manage client expectations. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, technically competent and goal-oriented with problem solving skills and ability to work independently and use sound judgment - Functional knowledge of various modules of insurance like channel management, policy servicing, claims management, underwriting, reinsurance and finance. - Thorough understanding of insurance laws, regulations and company policies. - Experienced in insurance claims systems implementation *Thanks & Regards,* *Rahul Agarwal* Technology Resource Group Inc.
