* 5 years working as a Business Analyst
* *One large program experience* managing requirements with multiple
stakeholders
* Excellent knowledge of requirement management process and ability to
write/document requirements
* *Data Migration project* and *requirement management* as part of
data migration is a must
* *Caliber, Version1, Jeera* or *Blueprint, any of these RM product*
usage experience
* Skilled in *MS VISIO* and other Office products
* Excellent communication skills since this person is going to be the
leader for the data migration team in capturing requirements.
* *COTS implementation and other migration project experience* in
financial services is a big plus too
* Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs
and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention
to detail.
* Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work
with diverse teams and lead meetings
