Lead network projects that provide a foundation for our business needs worldwide. 2. Provide support and translate the business requirements into technical deliverables. 3. Design and implement LAN/WAN solutions and ensure they are properly supported in production. 4. Work with clients by providing tier 3 technical support and resolving complex issues related to the network or applications that run over IP. 5. Apply data network technology to reduce costs and improve reliability and productivity. 6. Participate in testing, and the documentation of new data network technologies. 7. Evaluate current and future network architecture states, such as network trends and futures. *Required Skills:* *Ten plus years of technical data network experience with a minimum of five to seven years hands on engineering and data network design. *Established track record of successfully applying data communication technology within a large enterprise. Strong technical and communication skills. Proven ability to deal with complex networking issues and managing multiple projects and priorities. Extensive experience with technically complex network architectures and implementations. In-depth technical knowledge and significant experience with the following: Cisco data networking products, IOS, hardware and software firewalls, IP addressing, WAN/LAN topologies and services, Cellular and WIFI technologies, MPLS, host to host connections, front end processors, QOS, EIGRP/BGP, desktop applications, WAN acceleration and caching engines, Internet proxies, Operating Systems(Windows mobile, Windows 7, Unix ). Candidate should have a strong understanding of wireless network architecture and resolving application design and deployment issue that occur with wireless applications. Candidate will need to guide development teams and provide technical leadership troubleshooting and resolving application issues related to mobile platforms.
