I would look for either a current or former Linux Admin who has made the transition to supporting Web Applications such as Apache, Tomcat, JBoss and NGINX. *Qualifications:* - *Dev Ops Engineer with Linux Sys Admin skills* - *Minimum of 5 years of managing web services in a mid-large scale Linux environment* - *Web/DevOps experience is way more important for this role whereas Hardware and platform is less important.* - Troubleshoot issues across the entire stack: hardware, software, application and network.
