Please let me know if you have anyone for below mentioned positions and reply me at [email protected] Position: QA WITH LEAD EXPERIENCE Location: Jersey City, NJ DURATION :6+ MONTHS RATE: $40/hr NEED GC AND USC, IF HIB THEN WE NEED VISA COPY Job Description · Create, maintain and support manual and automated tests. · Create, Execute and maintain test cases, test plans, requirement tractability matrix · Support multiple concurrent releases through various test environments. · Work closely with Business Analysis team to develop requirements and appropriate test plans to meet the requirements outlined in the requirements documentation. · Act as a liaison with offshore QA resources and monitor activities and progress. · Assists the production/development team in tracking down issues and working out the steps to reproduce issues so that they are easier to locate and fix. · Completes regression/verification testing on an as needed basis. · Participate actively in a fast-paced and dynamic Agile environment · Review manual test cases for suitability for automation · Participate in testing efforts for complex projects that will include partnering with various internal and external teams to provide a quality product · Experience in managing and testing across multiple integrated testing environments · Mentor and support fellow team members · Document, analyze and lead process improvement efforts focused on enhancing the testing process and reducing testing cycle time · Manage project test strategies and create project test plans & schedules. Qualifications and minimum requirements: · Minimum 7+ years software testing experience. · Minimum of 2 years writing complex queries. · Experience testing applications distributed across multiple platforms and technologies. · Experience testing web-based applications. · Experience using test case management and bug tracking tools. · Communicating effectively with stakeholders in the development life cycle. · Ability to analyze testing needs at a high level for complex projects. · Ability to work in a team environment yet be self-directed, proactive, and action-oriented. · Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. · Excellent communicator (written and verbal skills, interpersonal skills) · High aptitude for learning new technologies · High attention to detail · Proven Test Analyst skills (creating test schedules, organizing test suites, test execution, etc.) · Provide input in developing quality assurance standards in regards to functional, regression, performance and load testing · Ability to work both independently and effectively in teams · Assist in the development of automation scripts for Regression Testing, System Integration Testing, Component testing, Negative testing, and Load and Performance testing.
