Demonstrate experience on projects of varying scale and complexity from inception to successful launch Demonstrate collaborative problem-solving skills. This includes active listening; formulating and expressing desired outcomes, identifying underlying interests, and developing and analyzing their consequences. Set and maintain multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with people regardless of their technical skill set. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to establish goals and set clear expectations, prioritize activities, and follow through on those activities to completion. Experience working with distributed teams. Experience with Agile software development. Expertise with Microsoft Word, Project, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint required. Excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of technical and non-technical staff. Experience in creating a Business Requirements document, (work samples requested). Media related industry experience would be a plus. Contract, legal experience a plus.
