The network engineer will join the global team working mainly a range of projects and additionally providing level 3 support for routing/switch, load balancer, firewall security, WAN optimization for both internal and external customers. The candidate must possess good technical knowledge to CCNP standard and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and escalate issues affectively. Candidate must also have strong verbal and written communications skills as well as strong customer service skills.
