Must have in depth *IT Compliance *Experience. If I see a candidate with intensive experience in one / two of programs - *SOX, HIPPA, PCI or PII* (does not need to be all), that should work • Provide the necessary support in aligning IT Compliance services with the growing compliance demands in SOX, PCI, PII and PHI in an integrated model. Participate in developing the integrated control framework for Cummins • Provide the necessary support in assessing, monitoring and reporting of IT controls maturity on a consistent basis • Handle *Infrastructure Controls testing*, *Active WWID* Confirmation process, and Elevated Access provisioning process (at systems level) • Deliver the expectations from IT Compliance in the specialized initiatives like *RBAC- OIM* rollout and *Logical Access / SOD* validation for critical systems and applications • Responsible for the execution of IT compliance reviews (including PCI, PHI, PII and SOX) and reporting / tracking of gaps. • Prepare formal written reports and dashboards to communicate compliance postures to management, and makes recommendations as appropriate; defines compliance issues and identifies root causes for review by manager. • Execute compliance audits and risk assessments within established control areas. • Tests and documents more complex computer system records for information system integrity and transaction accuracy; reports discrepancies. • May provide technical guidance to other staff members to ensure that compliance objectives are met. • Prepare formal written reports to communicate status / results to management, and makes recommendations as appropriate • Liaise with external / internal auditors and Cummins' IT management on various compliance and audit related activities.
