Qualifications * At least 5 years in an IT role with at least 2 years in technical support role * AWS experience; AWS certification preferred * Proficient at creating support documentation * Technical training on UNIX, Windows platform design and support * Strong working knowledge of scripting languages and programming methodologies (mobile technologies included) Skills we are looking for in order of importance: 1. AWS experience; AWS certification preferred (Developer, SysOps or DevOps) 1. Web Server Support [Apache/Tomcat, IIS] 2. Internally developed and 3rd party vendor application support 3.
