* Job Description*
· This resource will help build business objects universes.
· The manager is looking for someone with 5-7 years of experience
specifically with business objects universe design.
· This resource will need to have experience working on several
projects with universe design experience.
· This candidate will be working with the business to define their
requirements and working on multiple projects at a time.
*Job Responsiblities*
· Developing and maintain universes
Working with the business partners to define requirements around the
universes
* Job Requirement*
· 5 – 7 years with the business objects universe design
· Experience with business objects adhoc report
· Experience writing SQL Queries
· Business Objects Certification (desired)
*Must have skills:*
· Must have knowledge of dimensional modeling (e.g., Kimball,
Inmon, etc.), including knowledge of slowly changing dimensions, historic
reporting, error capture and reporting.
· Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous timelines.
· Identifies best practices in data reporting and visualization to
meet customer requirements.
· Ability to validate design with business requirements to ensure
completeness of the solution.
* Nice to have:*
· Experience with business objects universe design in a financial
industry
