*Position : QA Performance Tester * *Location : Atlanta, GA Duration : 10+ Months (strong possibility of extension) * *Interview : Phone then Face to Face Job Description* - This position is responsible for creating and maintaining automation scripts to test the functionality and performance of software. - Other responsibilities include designing load test scenarios, conducting automated functional and load testing, and reporting test results. *Job Responsibilities:* - Develop, execute and maintain scripts using *UFT, HP Performance Center and Load Runner* - Apply structured testing methodology and strategies - Ensure the quality of requirements and design specifications - Develop test plans to cover requirements - Create comprehensive test cases/scripts that are in accordance with business and technical specifications - Perform test case reviews with Business Analysts and Development Team - Assist with test data identification - Assist with manual testing as needed - Develop and apply standards to ensure the application’s ability to meet nonfunctional requirements via load testing - Create defect tickets and track issues to resolution - Communicate test results, issues, and risks to project team members, project managers, and IT management *Required Skills and Experience:* - 5+ years QA experience testing web-based and/or client/server products including: · Experience in HP *UFT scripting* · Experience in scripting at the UI level · Experience in scripting API or service layer calls · Experience in using HP *Load Runner* · Experience in using HP *Performance Center* · Excellent test planning and organizational skills · Experience in defect tracking · Familiarity with SQL and relational databases - 5+ years of experience in writing test cases from requirements - Strong Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills - Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team-oriented environment - Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently - College Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering *Preferred Skills:* - 2+ years QA experience testing mainframe applications - Mobile application automation - Transportation and Logistics experience - Ability to facilitate large meetings with all management levels in attendance - Excellent leadership and people skills *Regards* *Vikas Gupta* *Technical Recruiter* *VSG Business Solutions* *221,Cornwell Dr, Bear, DE 19701* *Email :vi...@vsgbusinesssolutions.com <vi...@vsgbusinesssolutions.com>* *Contact No : 302-261-3207 X 109* *Hangout :vikas9181.vsg* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-Projects" group.
