PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT WITHOUT THE VISA COPY.* *POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES * • Act as a liaison between AMI technical teams, senior management and the business community. • Translate business requirements into various documentation deliverables such as functional specifications, use cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams. • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to identify and drive complete requirements. • Capture, define, analyze and translate functional and non-functional business requirements into activity diagrams, system use cases and supplemental specifications that contribute to effective software development • Collaborate and provide critical thought and best practice discipline in the planning, design, and development of new applications and enhancements to existing application • Review and assist with the development of test case scenarios for testing and/or monitoring the testing of applications to verify that client requirements are incorporated into the system design *MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * • Bachelor's degree (desirable in Computer Science or Information Technology). • 5+ years analyst experience preferred. • Working knowledge of business processes, system development and process improvements. • Proficient in gathering business requirements using UML, process flows and uses cases. • Understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Understanding of technology capabilities and limitations. • Experience with and strong understanding of various technologies and platforms, including client / server and OO programming. • Experience designing and reviewing test cases. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to execute project deliverables • Knowledge of software quality assurance and user acceptance testing. • Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Visio • Knowledge of UML Modeling and Lifecycle Tool Suite like Enterprise Architect (optional) Thanks & Best Regards, *Priyanka* *Resource Logistics Inc.* 505 Thornall Street, Edison, NJ 08837 Phone: (732) 553-0566 Ext 71.
