*Position : Project Manager (Agile PLM) * *Location : Carlsbad, CA * *Duration : 6+ Months * *Interview : Phone + Skype( locals are preferred)* * we just need a strong project manager with at least 6 months of experience in PLM*. * Job Requirement* · Work with various business units and Product Owners to establish a sound business case for each of the projects. Participate in the definition of the requirements and creation of the solutions. · Define project scope and deliverables working across business and IT organizations, including project estimation, definition, resource estimation, budget and spend management, and scheduling. · Manage projects/initiatives through their entire lifecycle · Estimate resource requirements, project activities, and dependencies · Create detailed project plans using industry standard methodologies · Coordinate activities and manage dependencies across various functional teams to support a highly collaborative work environment. · Manage prioritization decisions and change requests throughout the life of the project · Communicate key risks and issues to management and sponsors at all levels of the organization, and complete risk planning activities to mitigate and/or eliminate them. · Establish alliances with other departments and organizations · Manage day-to-day project activities and related meetings · Capture and report project status and ensure the project management information systems are maintained with accurate and current information · Deliver assigned projects on time, on scope, and on budget · Support business readiness and change management activities prior to go-live. · Have detailed knowledge on Agile PLM with implementation knowledge · Configured Agile PLM module along with security model involving configuring roles and privileges · Knowledge in the SDLC process and deep understanding of the Agile Scrum methodology · *2+ years’ experience with Agile PLM * · 4+ years of IT experience in a professional environment · *2+ year experience required working on PLM implementations or within the product development and product commercialization function of a company* · PMI and Agile certifications preferred · Experience managing teams of ten plus members of at least six months duration · Theoretical and practical knowledge of IT / web technologies and practices. · Experience running Agile projects required · Excellent problem solving skills. Able to achieve big picture objectives while paying attention to details. · Outstanding written and verbal communications skills. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Ability to work independently with little direction or direct supervision · Ability to function in a team-oriented environment and influence staff, colleagues, and superiors. · Ability to lead and motivate diverse project teams and juggle multiple tasks. · Experience managing projects through their entire lifecycle · Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Proficient in MS Project or equivalent.
