*Description:* Will work with business leader on a project for our service
and solutions business. Goal to identify talent needs, pull job
descriptions, obtain approvals, and then actually recruit the talent. Will
also project manage the hiring project. They are building out this team
from scratch -so need a dedicated person working these roles. Will hire
marketing, program management, clinical - RNs, Health Coaches, etc...

*Exp needed:*
HR generalist background with strong TA experience, primarily recruiting
exempt level positions. -
Exp working for a Fortune 500 Co required
Able to work in fast paced environment proven track record of dealing with
leadership and processes ability to navigate through processes to get the
positions created, approved, posted, and work with the leaders to recruit
Some project management type experience or examples of where they have
worked through processes would be great.
Partner with business clients, HR and Talent Acquisition team to ensure
timely development of position descriptions, approval, and ultimately the
expeditious recruitment of high quality, diverse talent to meet business
needs.
Work with other functional areas of HR to drive creation and obtain
approval or new positions for BU structures, this include compensation and
talent acquisition teams.
Develop and recommend new approaches, processes, practices that effect
continual improvement within the Human Resources function.
Demonstrate commitment to the process of continuous improvement through
individual and team-focused goals and activities.

*Bachelor’s degree required*
• 5+ years of work experience in a *HR Generalist* role
• 3+ years of work experience in a recruiting role on exempt level roles -
with strong talent sourcing skills
• *Project management* experience showing results
• Proficient in *MS Office Suite* (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with *HR systems such i.e. Workday, Taleo, and/or PeopleFluent*,
etc.
