*Location: Woonsocket RI , Scottsdale , AZ Duration: 12+ Months* *ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:* • Leads the activities of providing new capabilities and driving value from existing capabilities from the Identity management toolset. • Supports existing production systems; coordinates related support and enhancement activities. The support will require to work in 24x7 rotating shifts *Technical Support* -Incident Escalation -Product Support -Trainings -Performance Mgmt., change & Release Mgmt. -Configuration Mgmt.
