1. Strong experience on JSP/Servlets/J2EE Framework along with JSF/Struts
framework
1. Strong experience in GUI development - GRID/Table solutions
1. Strong experience in Web 2.0 and Rich Internet Application methods and
best-practices
1. Solid experience working with Design Patterns, UML, OOA/D and
performance tuning of high-traffic and critical Web Applications.
1. Strong understanding of Software Engineering principles, familiarity
in both Unix as well as windows environments.
1. Solid experience designing and developing Web and eCommerce
applications. Implementing front-end GUI and backend server applications in
a J2EE framework.
1. Strong background on SAML SSO and other different single sign-on
approaches such triple-DES.
1. Strong understanding of web application security standards,
authentication and authorization concepts.
1. Extensive expertise to troubleshoot/deep dive analysis on web
applications
1. In-Depth experience working on service oriented architecture
1. Experience in Rational Clear Case

1. Should be a self-learner and self-motivated to pick up technology
independently with minimal guidance
1. Excellent communicator through email, conference calls and through
presentations

1. Strong experience in Brokerage or Financial systems is a plus
1. Modern GUI designers that have innovation and creativity concepts - to
address the needs of 360.com and kapitall.com. Break throughs concepts
to provide bleeding edge! Look at our current screens and suggest/recommend
new approaches using out of the box widgets from DOJO and other stack
components.
1. Social networking abilities to address collaboration and
micro-workflow in nx360 (maybe introduce third party of a social collab
package or use the out-of-box Liferay features). Expertise to give us
suggestions, gotchas and best practices to address compliance and
integration issues and requirements
1. Expertise to troubleshoot/deep dive analysis with our DOJO/CSS/Grid
type of solutions
1. Help implement item 1 using the NX Studio stack and with JQUERY.
Ensure resuse with new and legacy apps.
Expertise to help define a standard whether it is SaaS or full fledge to
JSR-286 or WRSP methods. Help define the best practices for reusability,
governance, maintenance for these components - internal apps as well as
external organizations. Help to develop a "User Component Integrator" to
promote/consume components (internal/external)
