Java/j2ee development experience
Oracle experience, webspere, jboss
Migration experience

60,000 people every year and you will be working on an human resources
application that allows them to onboard new hires more efficently. to be
successful in this role you need to have extensive experience with either
es2, es3 or es4. part of your role will be leading a migration from es2 to
es4. strong analytical skills are important in order to filter, prioritize
and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources and applies
skills and knowledge of the business to develop creative solutions to meet
client and business needs.
