Duration: 12 - 24 months Systems Administrator REASON FOR CRITICAL HIRE This hire will be working for AI Integration team. The Senior System Administrator is leaving the firm and it is critical to refill the position as quickly as possible. This hire will: - Manage Change Management for AI ONE platform - Manage implementation of products and technologies across lines of business - Administration of existing platforms and ensuring proper controls are in place for security and stability - Provide production support and maintain existing systems by researching and trouble-shooting any issues/problems - Maintain constant communication with other team members, technical manager and the team in Offshore MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE: The candidate will report to Infrastructure Support Manager and participate in day-to-day project related activities. Additional responsibilities include: - Provide support for keeping the mission critical infrastructure and technology platforms up 100% of the time 24x7 - Provide day to day technical and developer support - Manage product releases and working with global team during execution - Diagnose, research, resolve, and document issues - Analyze product requirements and recommends best practice and solution - Produce and execute product or solution's implementation plan - Develop configuration, implementation, and process document as needed" Essential: - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering - Project Life cycle experience - Experience initiating and executing Information Management projects" - At least 7 years of experience in Microsoft technologies - Most recent 3 years is working as product support - Financial Industry experience - Working knowledge and administration experience in at least four of these products: IIS, SQL Server 2005 and 2008, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, MOSS 2007, BizTalk 2004 or 2006, SharePoint 2003, Team Foundation Server - Understands the SDLC process - Development background - Analyzed product requirements, produced project implementation plan, execute plan and deliver solution - Participated in Disaster Recovery planning and exercises - Manage product upgrades, hot fixes, and service pack - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Troubleshooting skills is a must - Knowledge on Microsoft .NET Framework - Highly motivated team player and always eager to learn new technologies Desirable: - Trading platform support experience - Experience in working with offshore development model" - Citrix, MSCRM - Experience in scripting products Thanks and Regards, Amrutha Aim Computer Consulting N.
