*Complete Description:
1*. Demonstrated experience successfully working in an agile environment as
an equal member of the Scrum (or equivalent) team
*2. *End to end quality experience (not just testing) from requirements
through deployment*
3. *Specific Testing experience (in order of importance)
o Functional/regression testing
o Integration testing
o Automated functional/regression testing
o Automated unit testing
o Test scripting*
4. *Use of some tools for #3, but specific tools experience is not required
(don’t care which tools)*
Responsibilities:
1. *Be a strong advocate and voice for overall quality on the team from
requirements through deployment*
2. *Help the team members build quality into the entire process*
3. *Given limited resources, identify the most important areas to test and
the priority*
4. *Plan the testing strategy with the team*
5. *Execute the testing strategy (do the testing—independently and
distributed across the team)**
