needed someone more technical than a Business Analyst.
Prefer someone from a Technical background, maybe someone who started
off as a developer in Java/J2EE and then moved to Systems Analysis role
- must have banking and preferably Loan Processing:

* Business and System analysis, project / task planning, review
functional design specs, interaction with business and IT stakeholders
* Business and System Analysis
* Ability to understand system architecture and business rules, perform
impact analysis, write functional specifications
Required Skills:
* Business and System Analysis
* Ability to understand business rules and system architecture
* Oracle database
* MS Visio
* Web Application development using Java/J2EE
Other skills:
* Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, time management
skills.
* Well presented and ability to work with minimal direction or
supervision independently in a team setting and dynamic environment.
* Strong Analysis and Design skills needed
Additional Skills:
* Additionally, any experience with Loan Processing in Banking Domain
will set the candidate apart from others.
