*Workers are needed for Veeva project implementation over the next 4-7
months.
*MUST have Veeva experience. Client is currently in the process of enabling
Veeva for several of their business units. We are currently looking for 2
qualified, experienced CRM Veeva Solution Analysts, whose purpose is to be
a key member in the analysis, documentation, and management of business
requirements throughout the life of the program.
*Responsibilities:*
• Perform requirements gathering and analysis to provide high quality and
detailed requirements.
• Define timeline estimates based on the requirements, complexity and
in-house capability.
• Communicate estimates to supervisor for review.
• Implement business requirements in the Veeva CRM utilizing configuration
and coding.
• Produce and review data/information models and preliminary system
architecture, as needed
• Guide team in preparation of technical specification document.
• Taking complex client and solution concepts and articulating them to
audiences of varying perception levels
• Conduct functional / non-functional testing if required.
• Investigate critical defects and establish need for fixing.
• Fix complex defects identified during functional / non-functional
testing.
• Understand the defect impact / criticality and handle accordingly.
Required Knowledge,
*Skills and Abilities*
*• More than 5 years of experience in IT industry.*
• Clear understanding of VEEVA architecture, data model and security model
• Hands on development experience in Veeva
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated years of consulting or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of best practices for user interface design
*Minimum Requirements*
• Three years of CRM configuration and support such as: Veeva, SFDC,
Siebel, Cegedim
*• 2 years of experience in Veeva configuration and customization.*
*• Minimum two full life cycle implementations in Veeva*.
• Detail orientated with strong analytical aptitude
• Experience with various business analysis elicitation/analysis techniques
• BA/BS Degree
• Excellent Data Analysis skills
• Experience with data integrations
*Preffred:*
• SFDC Certified Administrator (Preferred)
• SFDC Certified Developer (Preferred)
• Veeva Certified Administrator (Preferred)
• Veeva Certified Developer (Preferred)
