Candidate should have leaded a team.* The potential candidate must be a dynamic, team oriented and technically strong development and a manager. *Requirements* ·8-10 years demonstrated success leading development and test project activities, providing technical guidance and task assignments. ·Experience in business analysis roles. ·Strong knowledge of CSS to create table-less websites that adhere to web standards and UI/UX experience, specifically with DIV based design. ·Strong JavaScript skills and ability to write JavaScript with and without the use of libraries. ·Experience building web applications for Azure Cloud, Cloud Services and integrating Azure Search services. ·Experience building web applications using Sitefinity or other major CMS solutions would be a big plus. ·Experience with programming languages other than .Net technologies would be nice to have. ·Experience implementing web analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Omniture (Site Catalyst) or similar. ·Experience implementing SEO best practices and strategies for an ecommerce site. ·Experience leading and executing programs in an on/off-shore model. ·Ability to adapt to and manage change in a dynamic environment, revising strategies and plans as needed to smoothly change direction. ·Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively, prioritizing efforts to handle multiple activities in parallel. ·Good optimization, performance improvement and debugging skills. ·Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar. *Tools:* ·Visual Studio 2013, .NET 4.5, C# ·Microsoft SQL Server ·LINQ, WCF, RIA Services, Web API ·JQuery, JavaScript, Angular JS, Knockout.js, HTML5, CSS ·Experience working with TFS, Continuous Integration, Build scripts ·Experience testing .net web applications, Unit Testing, TDD ·Azure Cloud Services, Azure Search, Elastic Search *Responsibilities* ·Lead teams that design, code, modify and maintain software applications using .net technologies. Guide team to on-time and high quality software delivery. ·Develop skills and capability participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations. ·This role requires effective communication with stakeholders, including written, verbal and presentations. ·Gather and communicate project status. This includes generation of effective, regular status reports and preparing for and leading meetings. ·Create and maintain technical documentation. ·Ensure that our products comply with performance, stability, security and scalability requirements, ·Work closely in an Agile / Scrum environment ensuring quality deliverables at the end of sprints. ·Reviewing functional specifications.
