Only USCitizen Positions: 9 The candidate for the above-captioned position should exhibit the following requirements:- GENERAL FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT POSITIONS REQUIREMENTS (Applies to all positions): - Analyze business requirements (e.g., functional and technical requirements, information need, business processes) by conducting information-gathering sessions with clients, analyzing the information and being able to document an accurate understanding of their business requirements and mapping of those to SAP business processes. - Confidence and ability to make recommendations for selection of appropriate SAP business processes to meet client requirements effectively - Functionality Testing: Knowledge of and ability to use testing methodologies, processes and tools for testing of functionality, including unit, integration, system, regression and dry run testing. - Ability to design and develop test plans (e.g., test objectives, test cases, test data, test scripts) for executing unit, integration, system or acceptance testing in order to ensure the solution meets the business requirements. - Develop process models based on business requirements in order to determine the completeness of the information and process components. - Coordinate execution of project tasks in your functional area and be comfortable in working under the pressure of tight project deadlines. - Provide support (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing) for business applications or infrastructure to associates or third parties in order to maintain their productivity level - Ability to maintain a big picture view of the project vision and goals while performing detail analysis and configuration tasks. - Ability to deliver SAP training to client stakeholders. - Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills. - Team player with the ability to multi-task and strong time management skills. - Proficient using PC, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project), and common SAP project delivery tools. - Project experience with using SAP Solution Manager. - Understanding and experience in ASAP methodology and Best Business Practices. - Data Migration experience including hands-on use of LSMW. - An advanced degree or MBA is preferred. University degree required or equivalent. - SAP and industry certifications (e.g. APICS, DFSS) desired. - 6+ years SAP Supply Chain Management PP/PP-PI consulting experience with multiple full project lifecycle implementations and a minimum of three FLC projects in a SCM or Operations lead role with oversight in planning, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and warehouse/logistics execution processes. Project management background is a plus. - Experienced at leading multiple SCM sub-teams. - Must have expert level PP-PI process industry experience, preference is Food Industry (F&B), and a solid background in both discrete and repetitive manufacturing for MTS and MTO products. - Experience with APO including the integration of SAP ECC to APO (CIF) and an understanding of APO requirements within the ECC application is highly desired. - Background in SAP Project Systems is a plus. - Global SAP template experience with multiple implementation rollouts preferably in Europe and North America (International). - Experience in all planning processes SOP, DM, LTP, Demand Management, MPS, MRP, and CBP. Understanding or experience with DRP is highly valued. - Experienced with replenishment strategies and material staging processes, such as Kanban, Pull List, and PP integration with WM. - Experienced in production execution (Shop Floor Control) including interfacing to HMI-MMI/MES shop floor systems. - Experienced in CO-Product Costing. - Strengths in quality processes within PP and within SCM. Understand impacts and consideration of the quality system in food manufacturing. - Familiarity with trials (R&D), Stability/Capability/Engineering limited production runs, and New Product Introduction (NPI) - Experience with serialization, batch management, and handling units. - Knowledge of SAP Recipe Management, experience in SAP EH&S-RM or PLM-RD preferred. - Familiarity with product lifecycle management process. - Understanding and the application of Engineering Change Management and Order Change Management functionality. - Knowledge of SAP cross-application and central functions such as classification and document management. - Technical application development (ABAP) background or capabilities is a plus.
