Hi Partners, Please find below requirement and kindly send me suitable profiles ASAP *ETL Testing Lead* *Location: Boston MA* *Duration: 3 months *** * * *Job Responsibilities*: · Developing testing strategy for new business intelligence implementation and subsequent releases and assist in the creation of related estimates · Create, Execute and Review both multi-dimensional data related test cases and presentation layer query and reporting test cases · Ability to construct complex test cases on dimensional data with aggregation and transformation rules · Act as the liaison between the business and technology in communicating and reviewing defects and corresponding resolutions · Participate business intelligence strategy sessions · Participate in data normalization and governance exercises · Serve as a Cognos subject matter expert across the organization · Ensuring project activity is customer focused, results oriented, performance driven, and in compliance with all applicable internal and external requirements · Employing analytical, conceptual, and creative thinking skills to improve overall business and systems performance · Studying, evaluating, and documenting current and future business processes · Supporting user training, documentation, and rollout · Supporting overall project management and business strategy related to business intelligence · Maintain effective working relationships with organizational team *Employee Specifications*: Bachelor's degree in business, technology or related field. Five plus years QA experience with a specific focus on Data Movement/ETL. Experience in securities lending, custody or trading applications a plus. Very strong SQL skills a must. Excellent relationship management, communication, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills. Excellent project management, leadership and organizational skills. Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.
