•Must be hands on
•Needs to be able to work with business stakeholders on requirements
gathering….communication is HUGE and KEY
•Experience logical data models
•Experience with complex reports
•Experience with tuning
•DO NOT need microstratey administrators
•Need SQL experience, but not a PL/SQL developer
•Some experience designing dashboards
•Version 9 experience is needed
•Oracle experiences is a plus but not needed
