*Description: *



The contractor will assess the current Statewide IT Procurement processes
and documents and develop a prioritized plan for improvement. The
contractor will then use Six Sigma tools and techniques, assemble a project
team, and utilize the stages of Six Sigma or DMAIC (Define Measure Analyze,
Improve, Control) to complete process improvement projects that are part of
the plan. This will include defining the problem(s), measuring the current
process by collecting data, analyzing the relevant data, optimizing the
process, and controlling the process output, with the goal of maximizing
service quality. The contractor should quantify process steps, reducing
duplicative and non-value-added steps.



Skills :

Skill        Required / Desired          Amount               of Experience

Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification required, with three to five years
of experience leading Six Sigma projects. Lean/Six Sigma work on IT
project            Highly desired   3              Years
